I wanted to write to thank you very much for making this experience a good
one for me. Ninety days before my father died, my brother died. When
we went to order his headstone, it was awful. It was just business to
them. It was cold, they offered no suggestions. The headstone was
expensive, and it took them about 6 months or longer to deliver and did not
set it when they told us.
When I came to you to order my father's, you treated me like family. You got in no hurry, met me when I could come and even bought my coffee. The price was un-believable compared to others, and you delivered and set the stone when you said you would. It looked good, and it set my mind to rest. Your kindness, thoughtfulness, and warmth made me feel better about what I was doing. Your suggestions really helped me. Thank you so much, Kenneth, for making this experience not seem like just a job to you but for really caring. It made it so much better for me and my family. That's what its all about.
