Together, Jan and Kenneth own and operate Tri-State Monuments and Services
LLC
as well as Tri-State Mortuary Transport.
About Kenneth
Kenneth Cone is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Tennessee
and Kentucky and is also certified through the National Board of Funeral
Service. Kenneth has been in the funeral business since 1971, and he has
been honored to assist many, many families during their times of need.
Kenneth has a B.A. from the University of Texas.
Kenneth served for 4-1/2 years in the United States Air Force. He and his wife, Jan, are members of the Church of Christ, and Kenneth is an active member of the American Legion.
Kenneth is also a member of:
The Kentucky Funeral Directors Association.
The Tennessee Funeral Directors Association and
Rotary Club.
About Jan
Jan (Morgan) Cone is an Elementary School Teacher with the Warren County,
Kentucky, School System. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University in
Ruston, Louisiana. Jan received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Western
Kentucky University and her Rank 1 in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky
University, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Jan enjoys floral designing and interior decorating.
Jan is a member of the Kentucky Teachers Association.
Jan and Kenneth have two children: Klayton of Marietta,
Georgia, who is in management with Apple Computers;
and Lindsey of Lexington, Kentucky, who is a homemaker.
